Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Fred MT Personal Google Access, a private Google OAuth application used by Marcio Tetamanti for personal assistant automation.
Information accessed
When authorized by Marcio, the application may access selected Google account data through Google APIs, including Drive metadata and files, Gmail metadata/messages, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar information, depending on the task requested.
How information is used
Google user data is used only to perform tasks requested or approved by Marcio, such as organizing Drive folders, reviewing document metadata, checking calendar information, or preparing approved email/document workflows.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored on a restricted server controlled by Marcio. Access is limited to the approved automation environment. Secrets and tokens are not published, sold, or shared.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Data is only processed to complete Marcio-requested tasks.
Retention and deletion
Task outputs and metadata logs may be retained for operational audit and recovery. Marcio can revoke access at any time from Google Account settings under Security → Third-party access.
